Your stay begins at check-in.

From there, guests will make their way through a sprawling series of interconnected hotel environments brought to life through performers, sound, lighting, scenic environments, props, atmospheric effects, hidden access points, and unexpected scares.

The Haunted Hotel is designed as an approximately 25-minute continuous immersive experience from check-in to check-out.

Guests enter in controlled groups of up to approximately 6 people, allowing scares and experiences to unfold throughout the hotel without overcrowding the attraction.

Multiple groups may be inside different areas of the hotel at the same time—but you’ll never quite know who, or what, is waiting in the room ahead.

Recommended for ages 13+.

The Haunted Hotel is open to guests of all ages, but parents and guardians should use their discretion due to darkness, scary themes, performers, special effects, loud sounds, and frightening environments.

HOW HAUNTED HOTEL RESERVATIONS WORK

CHOOSE A 30-MINUTE ARRIVAL WINDOW

When purchasing your Haunted Hotel ticket online, you’ll select an available 30-minute reservation window.

For example:

7:00 PM–7:30 PM

This is your arrival window, not an exact Haunted Hotel entrance time.

Your ticket guarantees admission during your selected window.

Guests with reservations for the same 30-minute window will enter the Haunted Hotel on a:

FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS within that window.

Because groups enter the attraction approximately every five minutes, guests will be continuously moved from the queue into the hotel throughout each reservation period.

We recommend arriving toward the beginning of your selected window.

Walk-up guests are welcome based on availability.
