Celebrate the season at the Lakeside Fall Festival, a month-long fall experience filled with pumpkins, Haunted Hotel experience, carnival games, family activities, seasonal treats, photo ops, and Halloween fun in the heart of Prospect Park.

Pick a pumpkin, make your way through the corn maze, challenge your family to carnival games, test your skills, grab something seasonal to eat, and spend the day enjoying fall at Lakeside.

The Harvest Festival is designed to be family friendly and fun for all ages.

Weekdays: 4 PM–10 PM
Weekends: 11 AM–10 PM

Take your shot at a collection of classic carnival, tabletop, and interactive games throughout our midway.

Most carnival games are:

Games are expected to include:

  • Krazy Kans
    Take aim and see if you can knock down the cans.
  • Tip a Troll
    Test your aim against our not-so-friendly carnival troll.
  • Clown Mouth
    A classic carnival challenge—aim carefully and see if you can hit your target.
  • Knock a Block
    Put your accuracy to the test and knock the blocks down.
  • Frog Hop
    See if you can send your frog flying toward the winning spot.
  • Star Dart
    Grab a dart, take aim, and test your precision.
  • Zap a Mole
    Fast reactions are the name of the game in this interactive carnival favorite.
  • Electric Shooting Gallery
    Put your aim to the test in a classic shooting-gallery-style challenge.
  • Crazy Quarters
    How good is your aim? Try to land your quarters in just the right spot.

Our Sports & Skills area features a collection of challenges for kids, adults, families, and groups to play together.

Activities include:

  • Hoop Shot
    Test your basketball shooting accuracy.
  • Strike Zone
    Step up and see how accurate your baseball pitch really is.
  • Child-Safe Axe Throwing
    Take aim at the target using kid-friendly foam Velcro axes.
  • Tic Tac Toe Challenges
    Go head-to-head and see who comes out on top.

Throughout the festival, look for pumpkins, hay bales, cornstalks, autumn displays, and whimsical character photo stations featuring friendly witches, scarecrows, jack-o’-lanterns, woodland animals, ghosts, and other seasonal favorites.

THE HAUNTED HOTEL AT LAKESIDE

Something has gone terribly wrong inside Lakeside’s newest hotel.

Enter a massive, immersive Haunted Hotel overtaken by zombies, where you’ll make your way through hotel rooms, darkened corridors, service areas, a restaurant, kitchen, boiler room, honeymoon suite, and more.

The approximately 25-minute haunted experience is recommended for guests ages 13+, although guests of all ages may enter.

Haunted Hotel admission is separately ticketed, and advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Tuesday–Sunday: $35 per person
Monday: $20 per person
